The Revelation of the Lamb’s Book of Life: A Call to Intercession and Salvation
I am compelled to share an astonishing revelation that has profoundly impacted my spirit and ignited a deeper yearning within me. This experience unfolded during the sacred observance of Yom Kippur, a day traditionally set apart for repentance and atonement in the Jewish faith. However, for us who believe in the Messiah, it is not just about rituals; it embodies the ultimate sacrifice of Jesus Christ, whose precious blood not only atones for our sins but cleanses us fully.
In a season of deep reflection and prayer, I found my heart groaning with an earnest desire to know how many souls are in the heart of God that He longs to save in Thailand. As we know, God's will is that none should perish but that all come to the saving knowledge of His grace. Yet, even as He desires that all might be saved, He respects our free will—the choice each of us has to either accept or reject His invitation to follow Him.
As I engaged in prayer over the next few days, seeking this divine answer, my thoughts turned to various revivals in history, particularly the Welsh Revival, where it was prophesied that 150,000 souls would be swept into the kingdom. I too sought clarity on the number of souls God wishes to harvest in this land. The answer came not through a grand oracle, but rather as an inflamed inspiration: the figure of 23 million souls came to mind, a promise that ignites hope and duty within our hearts.
On that evening during Yom Kippur, as we gathered in prayer, a powerful visitation occurred. Angels, including a mighty one of protection, surrounded us. During this intense moment of intercession, I was granted an open vision of the Book of Life—a massive, ancient tome, thick and fully open. The sight of it filled me with awe, as it bore the names of countless souls, written in the blood of Christ.
As I continued to gaze at this remarkable book, it felt suspended between Heaven and Earth—much like Jesus, who was suspended on the cross, shedding His blood for our salvation. In the vision, I saw rain pouring down, mingling the water and blood from Jesus' side, and as this outpouring occurred, names began to be inscribed in the Book of Life. It was a magnificent sight, symbolizing the harvest of souls that God is preparing even now.
This vision took me to the Book of Revelation, where it speaks of the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world. It reminds us that those whose names are not recorded in the Book of Life are destined for a different fate. In Revelation 21, we see that only those written in the Lamb's Book of Life will enter the holy city—a promise and a solemn reminder of the need for repentance and acceptance of Christ.
Paul the Apostle, in his letters, encourages us to be mindful of our names in that very book, urging unity and cooperation in spreading the Gospel. He speaks of laborers whose names are written in the Book of Life. It is a call to remember that, while there are many books mentioned in Scripture, the most significant is the Lamb's Book of Life—where our redemption lies.
As we engage with God's Word and seek a real relationship with Him through the blood of Jesus, we must ask ourselves: Is my name written in that book? We cannot depend on denominational affiliations or religious rituals for our salvation. It must be through faith in Christ alone.
Beloved, I extend this invitation to you: spend time in His presence, continually seeking His face, and ensuring that you know, beyond a shadow of a doubt, that your name is written in the Lamb's Book of Life. It is through Christ’s redeeming blood and our faithful obedience that we can ensure our place in this eternal promise.
Lastly, let us not just focus on our own names in the Book of Life but intercede for the hearts of others, praying for a great outpouring of souls—23 million in Thailand—transforming a nation to become a kingdom under our Lord Jesus Christ.
Let us rise as ambassadors for Christ, remembering that His Kingdom is at hand, and our time of redemption draws near. Shalom!
