Leadership Training: Embracing Joy and Growth
A Vision for Leadership Training: Embracing Joy and Growth
Shalom, dear Kingdom friends! Today, I’m excited to share with you a vision that has been stirring in my heart since last year—one that promises not only to enrich our leadership but also to cultivate a vibrant community of faith.
Last year, I had a powerful open vision during our leadership training at the PAMC center, where around 25-30 key leaders gathered. These individuals, who have the potential to teach and inspire others, embody the spirit of multiplication that Paul spoke about in his letters. Paul encourages us to teach those who are teachable, ensuring that wisdom and faith can be passed down through generations.
As I sat in that session surrounded by these dedicated leaders, I felt an overwhelming sense of joy—a divine joy wrapping around us like a mantle. It reminded me of the Scripture that states, “The joy of the Lord is our strength.” This joy is not just a fleeting emotion; it’s the fuel that empowers us to continue running the race set before us, much like the exhortation in Hebrews and the example of Nehemiah, who built the walls of Jerusalem with a tool in one hand and a weapon in the other.
This joy was a strong message from God, and after much prayer and waiting for the right timing, I felt led to focus on the month of February. I reached out to Meen and the team in Korat, asking them to seek God’s direction for this upcoming month. Their collective prayers have been powerful, and recently, Meen and I connected to discuss the next steps.
What’s exciting is that I believe we are on the brink of something new and significant. First, we will launch a gathering in Chiang Mai, and I also envision our friends from the Firestarter School in Nakhon Sawan joining us. Picture this—a team, approximately 10 plus people, filled with the Holy Spirit, joyfully raising their hands in worship. I am convinced that God is going to add more teams as we move forward in His kingdom purposes in Thailand.
After our gathering in Chiang Mai, we plan to extend our outreach to Nakhon Sawan, either through another Firestarter School or revival meetings. Our focus will be on the deepening revelations of the Holy Spirit and the restoration of all things as prophesied by the early prophets. This is an invitation for us all to dig deeper into our faith and leadership skills.
With that in mind, I would like to formally invite Elder Joshua to join us. I envision a leadership training session from the very start of February—a two-day intensive focused on biblical leadership and the skills necessary for effective influence within our community.
This is a moment of great joy and anticipation, and I invite you to share your thoughts about this plan. Just as Mary and Elizabeth experienced joy upon meeting—despite being in their mothers' wombs—we too are called to leap with joy at the wonderful plans that God has for us and for those He has chosen to bring together.
Let’s embark on this journey of leadership, joy, and community, preparing to embrace all that God has in store for us. Looking forward to hearing your thoughts! God bless!
